Monarch Casino & Resort announced record second-quarter revenue of $142.6 million on July 21, 2026. The Nevada-based operator reported a 4.2 percent year-over-year increase for the three-month period ending June 30, surpassing the $136.9 million recorded in Q2 2025.
The company’s total revenue for the first half of the year reached $279.1 million, marking a 6.4 percent rise compared to the same timeframe in 2025. Net income for the quarter grew by 20.4 percent to $32.5 million, while the half-year net income climbed 28.3 percent to $60.1 million.
Operational Growth and Shareholder Returns
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter totaled $53 million, a 3.3 percent increase, with the first half of the year reaching $101.96 million, up 10.3 percent. The second-quarter adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 37.2 percent, slightly below the previous 37.5 percent due to increased employee benefit expenses. Growth was driven by performance across casino gaming, food and beverage, and hotel sectors.
Monarch co-chairman and CEO John Farahi attributed the results to a focus on operational efficiency and service excellence. "We remain committed to ongoing capital investments that enhance both properties and set the standard for luxury casino resorts in Northern Nevada and Colorado," Farahi stated.
The operator returned $5.4 million to stockholders during the second quarter. Monarch continues to manage its two primary locations, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno and Monarch Black Hawk in Colorado.
